Orders & Shipping

How long will it take to get my order? Most standard items are printed to order and ship within 3 to 5 business days. Custom designs may take a little longer depending on complexity, but we will always provide an estimated timeline when you approve your proof!
Where do you ship? We currently ship nationwide across the US, with local pickup options available in the Phoenix/Tempe area.
Can I change or cancel my order? If your print hasn’t started production yet, we’re happy to help you modify or cancel it. Reach out via the contact form as soon as possible with your order number.

Custom Prints & Design

Do you take custom orders? Yes! Whether it’s a unique home decor piece, a personalized desk accessory, or a specific novelty item, send us a message with your concept or reference file to get a quote.
What file formats do you accept for custom prints? If you already have a 3D model, we accept .STL and .STEP files. Don't have a file? Just describe what you're looking for, and we can work together on the design!

Materials & Care

What materials are your products made from? We use high-quality, eco-friendly PLA for precision home decor and desk accessories, as well as PETG for items that require extra durability, strength, or higher temperature resistance.
Are 3D-printed items dishwasher safe? Most 3D prints are not dishwasher or microwave safe, as high heat can warp the material. For cleaning, we recommend gently wiping them down with a damp cloth.
